The floor is one full sweep of the area. A small region is a handful of tiles and can poll every 15 s; the theatres region is ~49 tiles, so 60 s. The interval is raised automatically if you ask for less than a sweep takes.

How far apart two anomalies can be and still count as the same zone. Raise it for wide-area jamming, lower it to separate nearby emitters.
